At Bring Us Back To Nature, my mission is simple yet profound: to empower you to take charge of your health and embrace the natural healing potential within your body. Whether in-office or through telemedicine, every appointment is designed to uncover the unique story of you—your health history, your experiences, and the factors that make your journey one of a kind.
In your initial two-hour consultation, we’ll dive deep into your medical, family, and childhood history, as well as review every system in your body. This comprehensive approach allows me to uncover the “WHY” behind your health challenges. Why is your body not functioning optimally? Why are you experiencing symptoms that others might not? These questions guide us toward understanding the root cause of your concerns and, more importantly, how we can address them together.
What is Naturopathic Medicine?
Naturopathic medicine, or naturopathy, is a powerful blend of ancient wisdom and modern science. It’s the art and science of using natural, non-invasive therapies to heal the body, prevent illness, and restore balance.
As a naturopathic doctor, my training mirrors that of conventional medical doctors in many ways. I’ve studied the intricate systems of the human body, dissected cadavers, and learned the pharmacology of modern drugs. But what sets naturopathic doctors apart is our dedication to understanding the root cause of disease and our ability to integrate time-tested natural therapies into modern medicine. The way to understand the root is by understanding the physiology of your body. The “what is happening here?! phenomenon. Then, by blending modern scientific research with millennia of traditional practices, naturopathic doctors create a holistic approach to healing that addresses the body, mind, and spirit.
A Vision for Every Home in America
My ultimate goal is to bring naturopathic principles into every home in America. Imagine a world where families know exactly what to do when they begin to feel unwell—whether it’s a minor illness, a sting, or burn, or even more chronic conditions. By empowering individuals with this knowledge, we can create a healthier population, one that thrives and contributes to a better society.
At Bring Us Back To Nature, I believe that healing is a journey, not a quick fix. It’s about understanding your body’s unique needs, respecting its natural rhythms, and working together to achieve optimal health.
